Riley and Company has a new name...Stamper's Ink!

Hi everyone! With a new year comes some changes over at Riley and Company, and those changes are a new name! Riley and Company has combined with Cornish Heritage Farms and will now be under Stamper's Ink!

So for our first Stamper's Ink challenge, the Design Team is challenged to use a stamp from Riley & Company as well as a stamp from Cornish Heritage Farms.

 This cute couple is from The CHF series and can be found in the Domestic Love Stamp Set. It is perfect for some fun Valentine Cards. The sentiment is from Riley & Company Funny Bones series and is called Look Forward.

A New Year!

Hi everyone! Well, we only have a few more days left until the new year so I thought I would get ready with my first calendar card. 

Our design team challenge this week over at Cornish Heritage Farms is to create a calendar card.

This cute little dog will bring a smile to my face every day! It is called "Beggin Dog Stamp" and you can find the digital image over at Cornish Heritage Farms. The sentiment is from the rubber stamp set called "Birthday Greetings."

Old Fishing Hole

Welcome back to another challenge over at Cornish Heritage Farms.  Frances has challenged the design team this week to create using a Thomas Kinkade stamp.

CHF has some wonderful Thomas Kinkade rubber stamps. The one I am using is called:

The Old Fishin' Hole

I decided to go black and white for this card. What is so nice about his images, you can color them, but they also look great just stamped. There is so much detail in these stamps!

Angels at Christmas Time

It is time for another Design Team challenge over at Cornish Heritage Farms. I have challenged the team this week to use an Angel in their card.

The image I worked with this week is called Butterfly Digital Fairy Stamp. It is one of my favorite Angel images because I love butterflies. There are several Angels to choose from over at the store, so be sure to take a peak.

Gingerbread Man

Good morning everyone! It's a new challenge over at Cornish Heritage Farms and we would love to see some food on your cards this week.

I am featuring this cute little Gingerbread man all dressed up and ready...Well for my Milk of course.

I colored this fun digi with copic markers and fussy cut it. I am using 3 designer papers from a 5" x 5" paper stack called Merrymint from American Crafts. The 2 sentiments are from Lost & Found Christmas 12" x 12" stack,

Cornish Heritage Farms Challenge - Circles

Our Design team challenge this week is to create a card using Circles. I have had this wonderful stencil that I have been dying to use.

The sentiment is from CHF called Scripture Essentials. The card was pretty simple to make. I added some Tim Holtz Washi tape prior to adding the texture paste for added effect.

Happy Anniversary Card

It is time again for the team challenge over at Cornish Heritage Farms. Our theme this month is brought to us by Amber. Our challenge is to create an Anniversary card. 

The image I have chose to work with is called Roses and the sentiment is Happy Anniversary.

This was a very simple card to put together using some die cuts and pearls, but simplicity is elegance, so that is what I went with.

Friendship gives wings to the heart

It is time again for the Design Team challenge over at Cornish Heritage Farms and the theme this week is Friendship,

I was playing with my alcohol inks this weekends, and when I do that, I make several samples as it is a messy process and I want to get the most out of my inks. I love butterflies, and the sentiment I am using is from the friend expressions set and worked perfect with butterflies.

Spin Art Card

I am here today to share with you a new technique I learned using my distress paint. Hopefully I will inspire you to join our challenge this week over at Cornish Heritage Farms called "Pandemonium Day"

So what does that mean?  Well, we want to see you put a card together in less than 10 minutes.
Are you up for the challenge?

When I saw this technique, I was anxious to try it out. It was very simple, but a bit messy, so make sure that you have on an old art shirt, because it will splatter. The sentiment I am using is called Friend Expressions and you can find it by clicking HERE

All you need to do is get one of your distress paints, shake it up, spritz it with water to make sure it is good and saturated, and splat it down on paper.  The wetter the tip, the more splatter you seem to get.

Cornish Heritage Farms - Graduation Challenge

It is time for another challenge over at Cornish Heritage Farms.

Steph has challenged the Design Team to make a card in honor of graduation

The sentiment I used this month for my card is from the Birthday Greetings set, but as you can see, some of the sentiments are versatile and can be used for other occasions as well. 

I used my "Wonderful" embossing folder and added some fun graduation die cuts along with some washi tape to make this fun graduation card.
