Creative Bug on the Loose - Mid Month Child's Play

Hello,

It is mid month and I am here to share our mid month inspiration for our challenge over at Creative Bug on the Loose.

Theme:  Child's Play

Now I see we have only had two link ups, so I want to remind everyone that you are no longer required to use a Creative Bug Digital SnapShot image in your project. Of course we would love it if you did, but we just want you to play along!

For my inspiration, I have made a fun card using Malia Manchester.  He is still available as a freebie so click on his picture which will take you right to the store.

When I saw it, this sentiment came to mind. It will make a perfect card for some little girl!

As a reminder, here are the prizes you could win:
  • Five digital images from Creative Bug Digital SnapShots for a person chosen in a random draw based on all eligible entrants.
  • An additional prize of three images will be presented to a random winner who has used a CBD image in their project.  In theory, that means that if you use a CBD image, you could win a total of eight images!
  • A top three will also be chosen (as long as there are a minimum of seven people entering). Each person in the top three will also get to choose an image from the store.
  • Additional prizes may be added, you just never know!
So what are you waiting for? Hop on over to Creative Bug on the Loose . We would love to have you play along.

Crafter's Cafe - Water

Happy Wednesday!
I am half way through my week and will be heading home tomorrow. Life on the road can sure get rough, we need time to enjoy the simple pleasures...which leads me into this week's challenge over at
Theme: Water
Sponsor: Lacy Sunshine

I had a lot of fun working with this cute little image, called Wix Summer Moon Fishing.

I chose the background for this card very carefully as I wanted to give the impression of a sunset. I haven't colored a Lacy Sunshine image in quite some time. Her images are indeed awesome, but very intricate and take more time than I have had. It was nice to sit down and take time to create.

Here is a closer look.

Have I inspired you? I sure hope so. Hope to see you over at Crafter's Cafe!

Riley & Company - Off The Edge

It is time for another challenge over at Riley and Company. Our theme this week is :

Off The Edge

In order to play along, you need to use a Riley and Company image. Now, if you do not have any Riley images, be sure to check out Riley and Company Designs.   I am sure you will find something you just can't live without.

Kelly is our Host this week. be sure to check out her blog as well as all the other DT blogs. We love comments.

There are so many ways to go with this challenge, I decided to use a doily for my off the edge card. They look yummy enough to eat don't ya think?
