613 Avenue Create - Anything Goes

It is an anything goes challenge over at 613 Avenue Create this week. So No excuses not to play along. Our sponsor this week is the wonderfully talented Rick St. Dennis.

Theme:  Anything Goes

I got out my distress inks and stencil this time around and put together this wonderful background. I used some texture paste to give some texture to the card and used my daubers to add the color.

Here is a closer look at this little girl. You can tell she is very fashionable!

The sentiment is from Created with TLC.

I even put some fun designer paper on the back of the card. (OK so I had to cover up some ink smudges.)

So get out those supplies and lets see what you can come up this week for our anything goes challenge!

613 Avenue Create - Coffee...A magical Substance!

It's great to be home and just in time for another challenge over at 613 Avenue Create.  We have a fun and I am sure to be popular theme this week.

Theme: Coffee
Sponsor: Bugaboo Images
Image: Stella - Magical Substance

Coffee cards are one of my favorite types of cards to make and Bugaboo definitely has some fun images just for that occasion. While I love all the snarky characters, Stella is definitely one of my favorites.

This was a very easy make using two embossing folders and my copic markers to color in the image.
So grab a cup of Joe and join us this week at 613 Avenue Create.

Happy Sunday. Don't these weekends go by so fast? Here we are another challenge over at 613 Avenue Create. This week our theme is a fun one, Birthdays!

Theme: Birthday Wishes

Isn't this a fun image? Wouldn't it be wonderful if we could all blow heart kisses?  I used the technique of paper piecing once again. I just love that technique.

The sentiment "Love You" is from So Suzy stamps, isn't it a sweet one? Works perfectly with this image.

I used this rubber stamp for the inside. It is one I have had for ages and is a perfect birthday sentiment. So come on along to the neighborhood and play with us this week.

We can't wait to see what you create!

I just love RSD images. They are so fun to work with. They have so much detail, and he is a wonderful artist! If you have never checked out him art, you should really take a moment to do so.

I typically don't make to many white on white cards, but for a snowflake theme, I decided to do so. I purchased a new embossing folder with snowflakes and used it for this challenge.

Now I know it is just a few days before Christmas, but we would sure love it if you sneak away and play along! We would love to see all your snowflakes...
