25 Days of Christmas Tags

Hi everyone! Today I am participating in the 25 Days of Christmas tags and featuring some great dies from STAMPlorations. You can find all the details over on Tracey's Blog

The two sets that I am using form my tag are Two Reindeer and Luggage tags. These are nesting dies which means that there are several sized that can be layered one on top of the other. This made it very easy for me to cut through one of the smaller tags so that my darker brown card stock would show through. I then used the cut out deer for my second tag.

Here is a closer look at the tags.

It was a quick and easy way to get to fun holiday tags. Be sure to check out all the tags through the 25th. I am sure you will get some great inspiration.

Pocket Tags

Hi everyone! I am here today to share with you a pocket tag that I created using my new tim holtz Pocket die.  I have been having so much fun creating little tickets with my ticket booth stamps and die set, I needed a little pouch to display them. What better than a pocket tag.

If you would like to see how I created these tags, be sure to check out my video below.

The paper that I used for my tags was the tim holtz correspondence pad.  I also used some fun ephemera and I even added my ATC-Coin to one of the slots.

I added a metal clasp and a token that can either hang loose or be tucked into one of the slots.

For my second tag, I decided to use a metal word band. These tags were so fun to make, I decided to put together a couple of kits so that you can give them a try.

My kit is available in my etsy shop and you will get enough material to make two tags. You can find the link to the kit below along with all the products to create your own tags.

Vintage Christmas Tags

One of my favorite additions to Christmas Presents are handmade Christmas tags. This is a way to personalize your gifts and add fun unique additions to your presents.

Christmas tags don't have to be fancy to be beautiful. I created these tags using the child on sled stamp from I Brake for Stamps. This vintage image has so much detail and is perfect as a black and white image.

I added some snow flake stickers and labels to create the sentiment "Let it Snow". I finished it off with some black and white twine.

Halloween Gift Bags

I have been seeing these cute little gift bags popping up all over the internet. They are created with the gift bag punch board.  I usually don't like to buy these punch boards as they are so expensive, but I thought that I could use it this holiday for some cute little gifts.

Since Halloween is coming up, I thought I would try out my new tool by making a Halloween bag.  I have had these cute little Halloween tags I got from VectoriaDesigns that I thought would work well attached to my bag.

These cute little Halloween Delivery tags would be so fun on a little gift. So creative for Halloween. I am going to try and find some matching green striped paper to go along with the tags and make a few more little goody bags for Halloween

Christmas Tag in July

Hi everyone and Happy Friday! I am here to share a tag I made using some inspiration from Tim's 12 months of tags challenge going on this month.  If you recall, earlier this month I made an Independence Day Tag. You can see it HERE.

Well, I decided that this design would look great on a Christmas Tag...and since we are celebrating Christmas in July, it seemed appropriate.

I used various Tim Holtz papers along with some grunge board for my letters and numbers.

I also used these fun printables from VectoriaDesigns called Vintage Christmas Tickets.
They were perfect for this vintage style tag. I used the Christmas Tree and Santa Bingo Tickets, but there are several more that come on this printable sheet. They are great embellishments for any Christmas project.

I am sure this tag will end up on a card before Christmas... or maybe it won't. You will just have to wait and see.
