Completely Christmas Challenge #5 Anything Goes Christmas

Happy Saturday! It is time for another Christmas challenge over at Completely Christmas. Our sponsor this week is Stitchy Bear. The image I chose to work with is called Christmas Baugles.

I decided to create another tag. Last year I did not have very many tags for my gifts, so I am making sure I have several made this year. Hopefully you will have some time to play along this week. We would sure love to see those Christmas projects.

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges:

Suzy Bee's Bloomin Challenge - #19 Buttons & Bows

It is Saturday! Hurray for the weekend. It is also time for another challenge over at Suzy Bee's Bloomin Challenge. this week our theme is buttons and bows. Now that is almost as easy as anything goes as we all have buttons and bows in our stash.

Our sponsor is Stitchy Bear Digital Stamps. They have some fantastic images so be sure to pop over and give them a look.

the image I worked with this week is called Rose and it is by Crafty Girl Creations.

I went with a Mother's Day theme. I used some of my left over Valentine paper and had matching ribbon and buttons to match.

Hopefully I have inspired you to play along. Be sure to check out some of the other DT projects. I know they would love for you to pop by.

Suzy Bee's Bloomin Challenge #13 - Anything Goes with Ribbon

Hi Ya'll. this is the last January challenge over at Suzy Bee's Bloomin Challnege. Can you believe we are almost through the first month of the year?  This week is Anything Goes...with Ribbon. I know everyone loves Anything Goes, just don't forget to add the ribbon to your project.

Our sponsor this week is Stitchy Bear. Make sure you pop over and check out the wonderful images offered up.
The image I chose to work with this week is called "Catmail". It is a silhouette image, so there was  no coloring involved this week.

I did add distressing ink around the image though to give it an aged look. The background paper is stamped with various cancelled postage stamps and I have added a black velvet ribbon.  I attached the image with black brads.

This was a very simple card to put together, but I just love how it came out. Sometimes simplicity is best.  Well I hope that I have inspired you to play along this week...so get busy! Can't wait to see what you come up with.

I would like to enter the following challenges:

  • Ends Jan 31 - Delicious Doodles - Ribbon
  • Ends Jan 30 - Moving along with the times - cats
  • Ends Feb 3 - Digi Stamps 4Joy - Add Ribbon
