7 Days of Halloween...Coming soon!

I have been blogging for over 3 years now. Yes it is hard to believe, but it is true. Well, I have finally taken the plunge into videos. Yes I now have a You Tube channel. Did you know that? Well if not, you do now.

I think holidays are a perfect time to start my video making endeavor, after all, there are so many people crafting during the holidays. So since I have picked up a few tricks along the way, I thought I would start sharing some of my creations. I hope that you join me on my journey.

With that being said, I am planning a 7-Days of Halloween video series sometime next month! I hope to share with you some of the fun products I use during Halloween, and hopefully give you some ideas along the way.

7gypsies Vintage Varsity

With football season being right at our doorstep, I was inspired to create this card using 7gypsies Vintage Varsity paper stack collection.
Now this is not a new paper stack by any means, but it is a good one. It is perfect for creating vintage inspired sports theme'd cards.

I am using the layering technique on this card. If you would like to see how I put it together, I have a video up on my you tube channel.

This card truly brought back memories of my high school years and Friday night football! I think that is what I like about vintage inspired cards, they are not just cards, but a way to capture memories and true keepsakes.
