Imagine - Flip Book

Hi everyone. I am popping in to share with you a flip book I created as a special order through my etsy shop.

The paper that I used is from Graphic 45 and it is the imagine set.

For the base of the card, I used Thick Cardstock from Canvas Corp Brands.  This is a flip book and it is very important to have a sturdy base to hold all the layers.

You can check out my video below where I flipped through the book and pages.

Graphic 45 always has such beautiful paper to work with. They always have matching stickers, cardstock and Ephemera as well which works great when you are creating projects such as this one.

The stickers always have great quotes that I can add to my pages.

I also like to add blank paper where you can journal your thoughts as well.

Finally on the last page, I did add a pocket, like what you would find in a library book and added a couple more pieces of ephemera.

I hope you enjoyed my share. It was a fun project to create, but definitely a lot of work!

Graphic 45 2018 Brand Ambassador Audition

Hello, Friends!
I have been a fan of Graphic 45 for as long as I have loved vintage. I was excited to see that they currently have an Ambassador Call going on right now, so I thought I would put my name in the hat, so to speak.  Now I know there are a lot of talented designers out there who love Graphic 45, so I decided to approach this just as another project and share my love for the product.
I have had the Ladies Diary set for over a year and a half. It is so beautiful that I didn't have the heart to cut into it until I had the perfect project in mind. I decided to create a travel journal for my niece who will be graduating this May. it will make the perfect keepsake.

For the journal, I used the new Sizzix die cut. I also created matching tags to go along with this journal.

What I love about the Graphic 45 sets is that you have most everything you need in it. The set has double sided card card stock, a Chipboard set and matching stickers.
To begin, I adhered a 6" x 9.5" piece of paper onto some chipboard using Mod Podge. Using my Sizzix die, I cut the front and back panels of my journal.
I adhered the front to the back using extreme double-sided Tape. Using the instructions on the Sizzix die, I threaded the journal to create binding for three signatures.
Once my Journal panels were bound, it was time to decorate the front. I started out by adding some lace to the left side of the journal and some sticker lace to the right side. This framed the front of the journal nicely.
I then fussy cut the clock image from the card stock and adhered it under the lace. I also added word stickers from the set to create my journal title.

From there I created my focal point using a cloth doily and some chip board.  I added some stickers, paper flowers and pearls as added embellishments.

After the journal was complete, I still had lots of paper, chipboard and stickers to create my signatures. There are so many options when it comes to creating signatures from very simple to fancy folds. I made sure to add pocket tucks and lots of places to journal and add photos.

Graphic 45 - November

Today I am sharing my November card in my 12 months of Graphic 45 series.  I am using some paper from the Children's Hour collection to create this Falling Leaves theme card.

To see how I created this card you can check out the video below. I went very simple on this card using minimal embellishments.  I added some washi tape and a few foil leaves after creating a four-layered card.

I have provided a list of all the items I used below!

12 Months of Graphic 45 - October

Hi everyone! It is the beginning of the month and that means another card for my 12 months of Graphic 45.

For this month's card,I used a Fancy frame that I had in my stash from Spellbinders. I was unable to find the name of the die, but any die that cuts out a 5"x7" frame should work just fine!

If you would like to see how I created this card, you can check out my video below.

We only have 2 more moths left in this series. I hope that you have been enjoying my monthly series!

Now you are probably thinking "there are more than five" items used to create this card, but I am using five loosely and categorizing my items.

Be sure to check out the other videos as well which are linked over on my channel.  I am also doing a giveaway, so be sure to listen all the way through for your chance to win a 6x6 paper stack from Graphic 45.

12 Months of Graphic 45 - September

With the start of September it is time for another card in my 12 months of Graphic 45 Series.

While some have already started back to school in August, by September, everyone is back in school, so I thought it would be fitting to create a little teacher gift set for my September feature.

To see my complete process, you can check out my video below.

I am using the Vintage Travel Book Die cut from Sizzix and it has become one of my favorite Die cuts.  It is very versatile and can be used for so many themes.

The paper is from Graphic 45 and is from the Children's Hour collection. It is called September Montage.

I used Ruled paper for the inside as I wanted it to be a small journal. I did embellish the inside using some stamps and remnant rubs.

To finish off the gift set, I did create a matching card. This will make a cute gift for any teacher.

Thanks for stopping by.

Graphic 45 Master Detective

Graphic 45 has a new paper stack that recently came out. At first glance, you may not think that it is a Halloween paper stack, but it sure works great as one.

The paper theme is Sherlock Holmes, Master detective, but the coordinating paper is full of spider webs, skeletons and such, which is perfect for Halloween.

I have shared my process video with Scrapbook.com. If you would like to see how I put this book together, be sure to check out the video below.

The book has three page inserts which creates 6 pages to decorate. You can also decorate the front cover to match your theme. What is great about this die cut is that you can decorate your passport book for most any occasion.

The theme is dictated by your paper choice as well as your embellishments. There are so many possibilities with this die cut, it is well worth the cost.

I have created pockets on some of the pages so that a gift card or some fun ephemera can be added.

There are also pages for journal entries.

I have listed all the supplies I used to create this passport book below. I hope you have as much fun with it as I have.
