Love Anchors the Soul

One of my favorite things to do is to search out quotes. Something that will inspire me in my card making. I had a small anchor stamp from I Brake for Stamps that would not work well alone. I knew I had to use it as part of a design, a compliment if you will. 

While I am not an overly religious person, I do love some of the quotes and inspirations that come from the Bible. "Love Anchors the Soul" comes from Hebrew 6:19 which talks about Hope anchoring the Soul, but has been changed up just a bit.

The letters I used for the word Anchor comes from the half sheet Planes and Letters from I Brake for Stamps. I complimented this set with another letter set I had in my stash.  The anchor was a great compliment to go with this verse.

I also added some background stamping and finished off with some bakers twine.
