But our Wisdom comes through experience, and sometimes the best lessons are the ones you learn yourself. Many of the mistakes our children make, or will make, we probably have experienced in some form or another. And try as we may to help guide our children, they sometimes have to figure things out for themselves. We can only hope that as we guide them, they take into consideration our WISDOM as parents and hopefully their paths will be a little less bumpy than ours.
Our sponsor this month is DigiStamps4Joy. The image I have chosen to work with is called "Gramps".
What a great image! Perfect for Birthday's or even Father's Day.
My sentiment is from the talented Lisa over at Decosse's Dynamite Doodles and is a very wise sentiment indeed.
The
sponsors and prizes for this challenge are:
- Ten digital images from Creative Bug Digitals for the person out of the top seven who receives the most votes during voting week.
- Three digital images from Ike's World for the post or project that the DT deems most inspiring of the bunch.
- Five digital images from DigiStamps4Joy, our guest sponsors this month, for a person chosen in a random draw based on all entrants.
- One digital designer paper from Décosse's Dynamite Doodles for one lucky voter who leaves a comment.
- One digital sentiment for every single person who enters the challenge from Décosse's Dynamite Doodles as well.
We hope to see you play along this month. Share with us your WISDOM with a quote or project. We would love to see you over at PoP.
I would like to enter my card into the following challenges:

ReplyDeleteI should sign out and in again but I'm too lazy to do so. I absolutely love what you said about wisdom. It is just soooo true. Hindsight has always been and will always be, 20/20, won't it?! As you stated, all we can hope for is be there to help guide the younger generation with the wisdom of our experience. It is up to them whether they choose to make the same mistakes we did or avoid some of those same pitfalls.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful job with Gramps. Love all those bright colour choices!
Hugs,
Lisa
