So Suzy Stamps - Under the Sea Challenge

A new month means a new challenge over at So Suzy Stamps.  If you recall, our theme last month was Christmas under the Sea. Well, this month we want to continue those under the Sea creations, but it does not have to be Christmas.

For this cute little card I used my Oval Die Cut as well as my Scallop Oval Die cut. I stamped right on the bubble paper and colored over it. You can barely see the bubbles through the coloring.

I added a fun Sea Shell charm, some ribbon and there you go.
