THE STAMP DOCTOR - Water color background

Hi everyone. I am here today to share a card I created using a very simple water coloring technique.

I started out by spritzing the heavy weight cardstock with my distress sprayer.  

Using my Nuvo Aqua Pens, I added color to the cardstock.  I started with the color Spiced Ginger, then added Lemon Zest.  

To ensure my background was dry, I used my heating tool. I then stamped my images using the combo die and stamp set called Doggone Dog Combo by THE STAMP DOCTOR and colored in the images using my copic markers. 

I used the coordinating die cuts to cut out my images and used foam tape to adhere the images to my background.  As a final touch, I added Black Ebony Nuvo drops.
