I Love you this much!

Hi friends. I am here today to share with you a card I created for the theme and sketch challenge going on over at STAMPlorations.  The theme is Stamps & Animals.  Now I didn't have many animal stamps in my stash, I did find this Christmas set. It had the sentiment "I Love You thiiiiiis much!

You can check out my process video below.

I love when I am able to use my holiday stamps for multiple occasions. This stamp set called Reindeer Games is a Christmas set, but it also has sentiments that are perfect for Valentine's Day as well as a birthday.

If you haven't joined in on the challenge yet over at STAMPlorations, there still is time.

Don't forget, if you used my code STAMPGIRLMONICA, you can get an additional 20% off your purchase.

Passport to Love - Valentine kit release

Hi everyone! With exactly a month before Valentine's Day, I decided to do a special mid month release for a brand new digital kit called Passport to Love. This kit is perfect for Valentine's Day or any occasion for Love and is now available in the shop.

I created this passport card and added a metal element along with a beautiful pink bow.  This kit has some beautiful ephemera as well.

You can check out my process video below.

This paper was so beautiful, I decided to create not only a passport card, but a passport book. While this kit is a digital download, I decided to print out several pages of my kit and create an embellishment kit to create not both projects below. You can find the digital kit as well as the printed kit over in my shop.

The design team has been busy with this kit as well so let me share with you their creations.

Marcia from the Frolicking Fairy created this cute Pocket envelope and matching card set. This is a perfect set for a Valentine's Day gift. I am s…

Love Potion Formula

He friends! I am here to share with you my Love Potion Valentine's Day card using the Stampers Anonymous Stamp set called Laboratorie.

Now this by no means is a new stamp set, but I love it because there are so many possibilities with it. Of course it is great for Halloween, but the Apothecary them can also translate into a "Love Potion" design as well. And we all know that Love potions are great for Valentines's Day.

For my complete process, be sure to check out my video below.

Not everyone loves the frilly Valentine Cards, so this one is perfect for those "no frill" Valentines, but still gets the message across.

I used 3 dies for this design. One of the new dies in my stash is the Lawn Fawn Lift Tab set. I added the Sizzix pocket die under the lift tab to house all my love potions that I will be creating.

The pocket is so fun and perfect to hold all of my love potions as well as my ingredients for my spell.

Floating Heart Valentine

Hi everyone and Happy Monday. I am here today to share with you a Valentine Card design I call my floating heart Valentine.

I received a couple of the 3D texture fades for Christmas and I was anxious to try one of them out.  I can't believe how deep the embossed impressions are using the 3D texture fades. While trying them out and playing with them, I had an idea for a design, and the idea for the floating heart Valentine was born.

You can check out my process video below.

I was able to use a lot of my product creating these Valentine cards. I had not played with my Distress Crayons in quite some time, so it was nice to pull them out and give them some use.

I was able to also use some of my metal Idea-ology items as well. I love how the metallic distress crayons worked on this embossed cardstock. THe glitter heart is so vibrant matted on top of the embossed panel.

I didn't have another number 14 metal plaque, so instead I used one of my die cuts. I think both cards turned out gre…

STAMPlorations January Theme & Sketch Challenge

Hello and Welcome to STAMPlorations first Theme & Sketch Challenge of 2019. We are excited to share some of our designs and we hope you play along.

Our theme this month is Stamps & Animals.

But for my design, I decided to use the sketch for my inspirations. Use both or either one to join our challenge. I am using the Mixed Media Grunge stamp set along with Fond Expressions to create my card.

I created a little love note using one of my new die sets I got for Christmas. It makes a perfect little Love Note.

You can link up to 6 projects using the theme, sketch or both. Non-STAMPlorations products are ok as well. To qualify for the price, players must display challenge graphic and link back to the challenge post (blogs only)
We are offering a $15 GC for the winner and $5 GC to three randomly picked players.  Good luck!

Hi everyone and happy Friday. I am here today to share with you one of the literature love quotes from my newest sets in my shop.

These are some of my favorite love quotes and work great on cards and inside journals. You can even use these with your Sizzix ticket booth die set to create cute little tickets.

Happy Crafting!

Getting organized with my coffee Journal Book

Hi everyone! With the holidays now behind us, it is time for me to start to get somewhat organized. While my crafty desk never is, perhaps my life can be...LOL.

I started creating these fun little journals last year when I picked up the die set from Designer Eileen Hull. This is a BIGZ Sizzix die, which is great as I am able to use the thicker chip board for the base.

This particular journal is a coffee theme, but I have made so many theme'd journals from Halloween to travel journals. I even have some Valentines Day ones in my shop currently.

The sticker and Paper set is from Echo Park and are great additions to my journal.

I have even added little tabs to help divide up the three signatures in this journal.

And of course, A pocket in the back to hold my Starbucks gift card!
